Because Uceris can cause dangerous interactions when combined with certain products, your healthcare provider needs to be aware of all your other medications and supplements before you can start treatment with this prescription drug. For example, antacids and even grapefruit can cause problems with Uceris. Some of these combinations may cause serious side effects or decrease the effectiveness of the drug.
