It is important to tell your healthcare provider if you are taking any products, including things like prednisone and leflunomide, before beginning treatment with natalizumab. Drugs such as these can cause negative and even potentially dangerous interactions when combined with natalizumab. Live vaccinations and sipuleucel-T are among the other products that may interfere with natalizumab.

An Overview of Natalizumab Interactions

Natalizumab (Tysabri®) may interact with a number of other medications. Some of the drugs that can react with natalizumab include but are not limited to:

      • Prednisolone (Pediapred®)
      • Prednisone
