Lialda 1.2 Mg Tablets

Lialda® (mesalamine) is used to treat the symptoms of ulcerative colitis. The medication is approved for adults only and is available in the form of 1.2-mg tablets. Lialda should be taken with a meal and at the same time each day.

Although the exact dosage your healthcare provider recommends can vary, a typical dosage is two to four tablets, taken once daily. The amount you are prescribed will depend on a number of factors, such as whether you are taking other medications. To help ensure a safe and effective treatment, do not adjust your dose unless your healthcare provider specifically tells you to do so.
