Certain Antibiotics or Antifungals
Taking Entocort EC with certain antibiotics or antifungals can increase the level of Entocort EC in your blood, possibly increasing your risk of side effects. Be sure to talk with your healthcare provider before taking Entocort EC with certain antibiotics or antifungal medications.
 
Grapefruit and Grapefruit Juice
Eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice can greatly increase the level of Entocort EC in your blood. It is recommended that you do not eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice the entire time you are taking Entocort EC.
 
Some Protease Inhibitors
Taking Entocort EC and certain protease inhibitors can increase the level of Entocort EC in your blood, possibly increasing your risk of side effects. Be sure to talk with your healthcare provider before taking Entocort EC with a protease inhibitor.
