Taking your medicines, managing stress, quitting smoking (if you do smoke), seeking support, and making other dietary and lifestyle changes can all help you feel better; however, Crohn's disease usually can't be cured. So you will most likely need to continue your new habits for the rest of your life. You will also probably need to see a medical professional regularly to monitor your condition and decrease the chances of complications (see Complications of Crohn's Disease).
