Chrons Disease

Were you looking for information about Crohn's Disease? Chrons disease is a common misspelling of Crohn's disease.

Crohn's disease is a condition that can cause inflammation, ulcers, and other problems in the digestive tract. If you have this condition, your digestive system still works in the same way to push food along as it is digested. However, the intestines have become irritated and inflamed. This can result in diarrhea, stomach pain, and other symptoms. Researchers are still not sure what exactly causes it, but there may be several factors involved, including genetic problems, immune system problems, and environmental factors.

While it cannot be cured, symptoms can be reduced by taking medications, changing your diet, or undergoing surgery. Although Crohn's disease can affect anyone, it is generally diagnosed before age 30.
