Some people only have Crohn's disease symptoms now and then, while others have them on a regular basis. Children have slightly different symptoms, such as fever of an unknown cause and unexplained weight loss in addition to diarrhea and abdominal pain. Severe symptoms include abdominal swelling, unusual fatigue, and a bowel movement with only blood clots. If you experience any of these problems, contact your healthcare provider.
