Common
symptoms of Crohn's disease can include abdominal pain (stomach pain), recurring
diarrhea (four to six times a day), and weight loss. However, other signs are possible, depending on the severity of the disease. What's more, some people experience symptoms only once in a while; others, however, have symptoms on a more regular basis.
Crohn's disease symptoms may go away for months or even years if the disease goes into remission -- but they usually return at some point. Dietary changes and medications can help manage the disease.
