Who Should Not Take Colazal?

You should not take Colazal if you are allergic to Colazal, balsalazide disodium, or any inactive ingredients used in making Colazal. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients. Also, you should not take Colazal if you are allergic to salicylate medications.
