It is impossible for your healthcare provider to know if you will develop insomnia while taking Colazal. If you are taking Colazal and insomnia does become a problem, make sure to talk with your healthcare provider. He or she may be able to recommend treatment options, including adjusting the Colazal dosage or trying a different ulcerative colitis medication.
